Terms of Service

Effective date: March 14, 2026

By using Zephyr, you agree to these Terms. This service provides Discord bot hosting with plan-based limits and a web control panel.

1. Account and Access

You sign in using Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Discord account secure.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only host bots and content you have the right to run. You must not use the service for abuse, malware, spam, unauthorized access attempts, or illegal activity.

3. Plan Limits and Fair Use

Resources are provided according to your selected plan (CPU, RAM, and storage). Published account limits and plan availability may change over time.

The Free plan is intended for small or medium bot workloads and is not suitable for very large public bots.

4. Bot Files and Processes

You are responsible for the code and files you upload or edit through the File Manager and for process actions (start, stop, restart) performed from the panel.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or behavior that risks service stability or security.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, limits, and pricing (if introduced later) may be changed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zephyr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Contact

If you have policy questions, contact the Zephyr team through your official support channel.
