This Privacy Policy explains what data Zephyr collects and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

When you log in with Discord OAuth2, we collect and store:

• Discord user ID
• Discord username
• Discord avatar hash (if available)
• Account metadata such as plan and account creation time

2. Bot Data

Your bot files are stored in your account directory so the panel can provide file management and bot process control.

Console output shown in the panel is generated by your running bot process.

3. How We Use Data

We use account and bot data to authenticate users, operate hosting features, enforce plan limits, and maintain platform security and reliability.

4. Cookies and Security

We use session cookies and CSRF protection cookies for login sessions and request security. These are used for service operation, not advertising.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (for example, database hosting) only as needed to run the service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account from the Settings section of the panel. On deletion, we remove your account record and bot directory from the platform.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Updates become effective when published on this page.
